1. About the App
Daily Manzil provides a reading screen, an audio (listen) screen, and settings to control the experience. The App is intended for general audiences (rated 3+). There is no account creation, profile, or user registration within the App.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App you agree to these Terms and any updates we publish. If you do not accept these Terms, please uninstall and stop using the App.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. In summary: the App does not collect personal user data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash diagnostics to improve the App. We do not sell personal data.
4. License & Use
Subject to these Terms, Appverse Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App (except as permitted by law).
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers used by the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, belong to Appverse Technologies or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
7. Updates & Availability
We may update the App periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App (or portions of it) without notice.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appverse Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Appverse Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (Appverse Technologies’ principal place of business), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
